- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate firearms and equipment safely and responsibly
- Participate in the Employee Development Program to grow professionally

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Passion for firearms and safety
- Team player with a collaborative mindset

Compensation packages are competitive and reward employees for performance, engagement, and initiative.
Schedule
Hours may vary based on department needs, but generally range from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
