Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver large, complex, and strategic cross-functional business initiatives and programs with minimal direction, providing creative solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborate with business units, sponsors, and managers to develop solution roadmaps supporting affiliate, divisional, and corporate initiatives.
- Interact directly with senior leadership and senior customer personnel, often leading projects across organizational lines.
- Develop and maintain master programs, including comprehensive schedules, resource planning, and interdependency management.
- Define project scope, tasks, and resource requirements to ensure timely, high-quality delivery that meets customer expectations.
- Direct financial accountability for program budgets, including solution identification, assessment, and creation of business and financial cases.
- Assess and mitigate risk, monitor and report progress, and present solutions to stakeholders.
- Serve as the single point of contact and principal liaison for programs and projects across all impacted areas.
- Drive results outlined in the division’s 5-year strategic plan in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce (SF), overseeing referrals, opportunities, pipeline management, and closed-won business tracking.
- Serve as the primary backup for the PILOC credit offering, process, and servicing.
- Lead other strategic affluent and wealth initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with large or complex programs/projects, including program management processes, methodologies, tools, resource, and change management.
- Leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of program/project management, including methodologies, scope management, financial tracking, scheduling, and resource management.
- Expertise in solution identification, assessment, and creation of robust business and financial cases.
- Exceptional strategic planning, risk management, and change management skills.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Advanced negotiation and facilitation abilities to coordinate across business lines and various levels of employees and managers.
- Advanced knowledge of departmental processes, computer applications, and wealth management-related project knowledge.
- Active Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required.
- CFA or CFP candidate or designation is highly preferred.
