As a first point of contact in the department, this individual must offer a high level of professionalism and integrity. as the hub of the Wealth Management department, providing administrative support that drives Wealth Management to functional excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Service & Reception Serve as the front desk receptionist by greeting and assisting clients and managing incoming departmental phone calls.Assist clients with general questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate Wealth Management team member. Mail & Correspondence Management Manage mail services for the department.Analyze incoming correspondence, determine its significance, and distribute it to the appropriate team members. Administrative & Clerical Support Prepare communications and provide clerical support to the Wealth Management Division as needed.Maintain organized records and assist with day-to-day administrative operations. Projects & Additional Responsibilities Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.Provide additional support to the Wealth Management team as needed. Required for this position: Excellent relationship-building, communication, customer service, and problem resolution skills. Strong attention to detail, ability to identify missing items, advanced organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and demonstrated teamwork. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent2 years professional office experienceMultiline phone system experience preferredAccuracy and meticulous attention to detail requiredExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when neededTeam-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organizationService-oriented, polite, and respectfulAdvanced problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion HOURS: Regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
