Wealth Management Client Relationship Managers at TIAA partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships, grow their practice through referrals, and deliver financial solutions that help clients achieve their dreams.

About the role

This position operationally leads Wealth Management advisory teams under moderate supervision to help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include managing a book of assigned clients, supporting the implementation of financial plan recommendations, and coordinating asset consolidation. All required licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days from the start date.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients.
  • Manage a book of assigned clients and support the implementation of financial plan recommendations.
  • Coordinate asset consolidation and communicate clearly with clients and advisors.
  • Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver compounding value and excellence to clients.
  • Obtain required FINRA registrations (Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, or Series 66) and Life & Health Insurance License within 120 days of start date.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining client relationships, preferably with high-net-worth individuals or in a financial services environment (3+ years preferred).
  • Understanding of investment products, financial planning concepts, and wealth management solutions.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and work effectively with advisors, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Required FINRA registrations: Series 7 and either Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65, plus Life & Health Insurance License within 120 days of start date.

Pay

Base Pay Range: $71,300/yr – $80,500/yr. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The competitive compensation package may also include participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
