About the role
This position operationally leads Wealth Management advisory teams under moderate supervision to help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include managing a book of assigned clients, supporting the implementation of financial plan recommendations, and coordinating asset consolidation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients.
- Manage a book of assigned clients and support the implementation of financial plan recommendations.
- Coordinate asset consolidation for clients.
- Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver compounding value and excellence to clients.
- Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.
- Obtain all required licenses and registrations within 120 days from start date.

- University degree preferred.
- 2+ years of work experience required; 3+ years preferred.
- FINRA registrations required: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, or Series 66.
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) from multiple issuers required within 120 days.
- Sedentary work as physical requirement.

Pay
Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $37.50/hr. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The competitive compensation package may also include participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
