Wealth Management Client Relationship Manager
About the role
The Wealth Client Relationship Manager at TIAA partners with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and support the delivery of financial solutions that meet the needs of high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities
- Operate under moderate supervision to lead Wealth Management advisory teams in delivering client service and achieving financial goals for high-net-worth clients.
- Manage a book of assigned clients, implementing financial plan recommendations and coordinating asset consolidation.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, leveraging interpersonal skills and relationship-building to enhance client interactions.
- Efficiently manage time and resources to provide compounding value and excellence to clients.
- Build and sustain meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients, supporting advisors in implementing TIAA advice and planning solutions.
Requirements
- University degree preferred
- 2+ years of financial services experience; 3+ years preferred
- FINRA registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66
- Licenses and certifications: Life and Health Insurance License (responsible state)
- Obtain all necessary licenses and registrations within 120 days of start date
