Responsibilities
- Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients.
- Operationally lead Wealth Management advisory teams to help clients achieve financial goals, including managing a book of assigned clients.
- Support the implementation of financial plan recommendations and coordinate asset consolidation.
- Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver compounding value and excellence to clients.
- Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.
- Obtain all required licenses and registrations within 120 days of start date.
Requirements
- 2+ years of financial services experience (3+ years preferred).
- Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), and life and health insurance licenses required within 120 days of start date (preferred if already completed).
- University degree preferred.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $71,300/yr – $80,500/yr. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The competitive compensation package may also include participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
