The Wealth Client Relationship Manager at TIAA partners with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients. This role operates under moderate supervision, leading advisory teams to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients.
  • Operate under moderate supervision, leading advisory teams to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Manage responsibilities for a book of assigned clients, implementing financial plan recommendations and coordinating asset consolidation.
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently and effectively to bring compounding value and excellence to clients.
  • Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships, while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining client relationships, preferably with high-net-worth individuals or in a financial services environment.
  • Required to have FINRA registrations Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 Life & Health Insurance License within 120 days of start date.
  • Understanding of investment products, financial planning concepts, and wealth management solutions.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and work effectively with advisors, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • University (Degree) Preferred.
  • Work Experience 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred.

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining client relationships, preferably with high-net-worth individuals or in a financial services environment.
