About the role

At TIAA, Wealth Client Relationship Managers partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and support financial planning. Key responsibilities include managing client books, implementing financial plan recommendations, and coordinating asset consolidation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients.
  • Operate under moderate supervision to lead advisory teams and help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Manage client books, implement financial plan recommendations, and coordinate asset consolidation.
  • Communicate clearly and build relationships with clients.
  • Manage time and resources to bring value to clients.
  • Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with clients, supporting advisors in implementing TIAA advice and planning solutions.

Requirements

  • Obtain necessary licenses and registrations within 120 days of start date.
  • Have a university degree preferred, with 2+ years of work experience, and 3+ years preferred.
  • Hold FINRA registrations including Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, and Series 66.
  • Have a Life and Health Insurance License (responsible state).
