About the role
At TIAA, Wealth Client Relationship Managers partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and support financial planning. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, implementing financial plans, and coordinating asset consolidation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients.
- Operate under moderate supervision to lead advisory teams and help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Manage assigned client books, implement financial plan recommendations, and coordinate asset consolidation.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, using interpersonal skills and relationship-building to enhance client satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage time and resources to bring value and excellence to clients.
- Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with clients, supporting advisors in implementing TIAA advice and planning solutions.
Requirements
- University degree preferred
- 2+ years of work experience, 3+ years preferred
- FINRA registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66
- Licenses and certifications: Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State)
- Obtain all necessary licenses and registrations within 120 days from start date
