Responsibilities
- Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients.
- Operationally lead Wealth Management advisory teams to help clients achieve financial goals.
- Manage a book of assigned clients, support financial plan implementation, and coordinate asset consolidation.
- Communicate clearly and build meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
- Support advisors in implementing TIAA advice and planning solutions.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver compounding value and excellence.
All required licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days from the start date.
Requirements
- University degree preferred.
- 2+ years of work experience required; 3+ years preferred.
- FINRA Registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, or Series 66.
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) required within 120 days.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $35.00/hr - $37.50/hr. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, internal peer benchmarks, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
The competitive compensation package may include participation in an incentive program linked to performance (e.g., annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
