Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze clients' financial goals and develop tailored recommendations.
  • Communicate complex financial solutions to clients using interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with affluent clients.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to bring compounding value and excellence to clients.
  • Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset to pursue growth and find solutions.
  • Show pride in their knowledge of investment solutions and planning prowess, diagnosing clients' unique scenarios and proposing fitting solutions.
  • Operate in an empowering and accountable environment, learning from mistakes and applying lessons to drive performance.

Requirements

  • Obtain necessary licenses within 120 days from start date.
  • Hold a university degree (preferred).
  • Have 5+ years of experience in roles with personal accountability and managing a book of business, or equivalent experience.
  • Have 5+ years of experience building long-lasting relationships with affluent clients, or equivalent experience.
  • Have FINRA registrations: SRC Indicator, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.
  • Hold a Life and Health Insurance License (responsible state) - multiple issuers.
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) - Level I.
