Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze clients' financial goals and develop tailored recommendations.
- Communicate complex financial solutions to clients using interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with affluent clients.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to bring compounding value and excellence to clients.
- Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset to pursue growth opportunities.
- Show pride in their knowledge of investment solutions and planning prowess, diagnosing clients' unique scenarios and proposing fitting solutions.
- Operate in an empowering and accountable environment, learning from mistakes and applying lessons to improve performance.
Requirements
- Obtain necessary licenses within 120 days from start date.
- Hold a university degree (preferred).
- Have 5+ years of experience in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience.
- Have 5+ years of building long-lasting relationships with affluent clients or equivalent experience.
- Have FINRA registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.
- Have a Life and Health Insurance License (responsible state) - multiple issuers.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
