Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Identify and analyze clients' financial goals and develop tailored recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Communicate complex financial solutions to clients using interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with affluent clients, providing financial solutions that align with their unique scenarios.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver high-quality service and compounding value to clients.
  • Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset to pursue growth opportunities and demonstrate a strong work ethic in diagnosing clients' needs and proposing solutions.
  • Operate in an empowering and accountable environment, learning from mistakes and applying lessons to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • University degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience
  • FINRA registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State)
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

    The competitive compensation package includes a base salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 per year, with the potential for an increase based on successful completion of the CFP or CFA certification. Additional benefits may include participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
