Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree (preferred)
• Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for helping others and making an impact
• Strong sense of urgency, perseverance, and ethical decision-making
• Fully licensed/registered candidates are welcome, but licensing support is available for those who need it

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive package with first-year average earnings of $40,000–$120,000
