Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a book of HNW clients (typically $1M+ in assets)
- Serve as the primary financial advisor, delivering ongoing planning and investment guidance
- Conduct discovery meetings and develop comprehensive financial and retirement plans
- Expand client relationships through:
- Deepening existing relationships
- Activating under-engaged clients
- Increasing wallet share and generating referrals
- Proactively engage clients (not cold calling, but active outreach within existing book)
- Provide guidance across:
- Investment strategy
- Retail planning
- Wealth accumulation and preservation
- Act as the “quarterback”, coordinating with internal specialists (trust, retirement, etc.)
Qualifications
- ~4–8+ years of wealth management / advisory experience
- Experience managing a book of business
- Strong financial planning background (core requirement)
- FINRA licenses:
- Series 7
- Series 63
- Series 65 or 66
