Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze clients' financial goals and develop tailored financial solutions.
  • Communicate complex financial solutions to clients using interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with affluent clients.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver high-quality financial advice.
  • Stay motivated by finding innovative solutions and maintaining a strong work ethic.
  • Operate in an empowering and accountable environment, learning from mistakes and applying lessons to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Obtain necessary licenses within 120 days from start date.
  • Preferred educational background: University degree.
  • Required work experience: 5+ years in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience.
  • Required licenses: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.
  • Preferred certifications: Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Pay

The actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
