About the role
Consults on investment and insurance strategies, as well as the development of financial plans for clients. Grows and retains an investment and insurance book of business while owning the client experience. Handles sales and service efficiently, identifies opportunities, and makes referrals to internal business partners. Acquires, expands, and maintains client relationships through business development and networking, ensuring client loyalty and increasing share of wallet.
Responsibilities
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems efficiently.
- Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies for clients, determining the best products to support these strategies.
- Present sound financial recommendations and guidance to clients.
- Establish and monitor individual financial plans based on client needs and objectives, recommending changes as needed.
- Coach and educate internal business partners regularly to identify investment opportunities and drive investment education.
- Communicate and review business results and pipeline management with internal business partners.
- Meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow-up.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service).
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) licenses required.
- Life and Health Insurance license required.

Pay
Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $106,250.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
