About the role

As a Wealth Advisor in PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Northwest Ohio. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Consult on investment and insurance strategies, as well as the development of financial plans for clients.
  • Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business.
  • Own the client experience, efficiently handling sales and service, identifying sales and/or executing opportunities, and making referrals to internal business partners as appropriate.
  • Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and client networking.
  • Grow client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems appropriately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies for clients, determining the best products to support such strategies.
  • Present sound financial recommendations and guidance to clients.
  • Establish individual financial plans based on client financial needs and objectives, monitoring and recommending changes as needed.
  • Actively and regularly coach and educate internal business partners to identify investment opportunities.
  • Drive investment education and visibility among internal business partners, showing urgency with activities and leading by example.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with internal and external partners to build strong relationships that drive referral activity.
  • Regularly meet with internal business partners to communicate and review business results and pipeline management.
  • Meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow-up.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) licenses required.
  • Life and Health Insurance license required.

Pay

Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $106,250.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
