About the role
As a Wealth Advisor in PNC Wealth Management, you will consult on investment and insurance strategies, as well as the development of financial plans for clients. You will grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business while owning the client experience, handling sales and service, identifying opportunities, and making referrals to internal business partners. This role involves business development, client networking, and maintaining strong relationships to drive client loyalty and share of wallet.
Responsibilities
- Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking.
- Grow client loyalty and share of wallet by delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems efficiently.
- Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies tailored to client needs.
- Determine the best financial products to support client strategies and present recommendations.
- Establish and monitor individual financial plans based on client objectives, adjusting as needed.
- Coach and educate internal business partners to identify investment opportunities and drive referral activity.
- Regularly communicate with internal partners to review business results and pipeline management.
- Meet service level agreements for lead and referral follow-up.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service).
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) licenses required.
- Life and Health Insurance licenses required.
