Wealth Advisor – New Client Acquisition & Book Servicing

About the role
Legacy Wealth Management is looking for an experienced advisor to independently take warm, firm-generated leads through the full sales process, from first meeting to close, while also servicing a portion of our existing client base. The firm invests in marketing and lead generation, so you're not prospecting: you're running meetings, building trust quickly, and converting qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships. All client relationships and accounts are owned by the firm. This is a career-track advisor role within Legacy Wealth Management; no portable book or independent-practice arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Meet independently with warm, firm-provided leads and guide them through the full sales process to close new business.
- Service and maintain relationships with an assigned portion of the firm's existing client base.
- Conduct portfolio risk assessments and offer research-based insights to enhance client portfolios.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client files.
- Direct and instruct support team members on client follow-up items.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in the wealth management industry, including a couple of years specifically in client sales meetings (new business development and servicing).
- Demonstrated ability to independently run and close sales meetings with new prospects.
- FINRA Series 65 or 66 license (active licensure required).
- VA Life & Annuities and Health licenses (active licensure preferred).
- Strong desire to continue developing financial planning expertise and long-term career growth.

Pay
Base salary: $110,000 ($145,000 for candidates holding an active CFP designation). Production-based bonus on new assets/business closed.
