About the role

The Wealth Advisor is part of a team that partners with clients to identify their financial goals, analyze their financial landscape, and develop recommendations to help them achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Manages time and resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Develops and implements strategic and tactical plans with strong consideration to client challenges.
  • Tailors investment strategies for clients, identifying objectives and constraints including regulatory issues, liquidity needs, and tax implications to devise customized financial plans.
  • Reviews client information, including financial statements, risk investment profile, and cash availability.
  • Works in a team environment to grow the book of business through identifying value-add products and services for clients and developing additional business through referrals.
  • Performs investment research and stays informed of developments in security markets to provide clients with up-to-date financial guidance.
  • Maintains a book of business and meets or exceeds annual sales targets in a team environment.

Education Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

  • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

  • 7IC Required: 3+ years financial services experience
  • Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66) completed within 120 days of start date
  • PREFERRED: 5+ years financial services experience

Pay

Base Pay Range: $80,000/yr - $95,000/yr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
