Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor each shift to ensure the team meets company and McDonald’s standards.
• Take action to address any issues that arise during the shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet and exceed targets set for their shift.
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals.

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety and proper production of quality food.
• Handle internal communication and scheduling.
• Support exceptional customer service and safety/security.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting, is preferred.

Skills
