Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift and monitor performance
• Take action to ensure team meets company and McDonald’s standards
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
• Meet targets during shifts and help departments meet goals

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager

Qualifications

Shift Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
