About the Role

Join the Rock Creek Foundation team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or in an administrative role and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Qualified candidates may interview and receive a conditional job offer on the spot during our Recruitment Day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with no less than 3 points.
• Access to vehicle for business purposes with proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings (State and FBI).
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (training provided if needed).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care.
