Key Responsibilities
- Answer high volume of interested candidate inbound phone calls and texts.
- Reviewing and evaluating applications.
- Scheduling candidates for in person interviews.
- Ensure relevant data is entered into multiple recruiting systems in a prompt and accurate manner.
- High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Skills needed, such as data entry, emailing, and scheduling.
- Great attention to detail.
Required Education And Experience
- A High School Diploma
- 2 years of Recruiting and/or Customer Service experience, handling incoming calls and emails from candidates as well as making outbound calls to candidates.
Preferred Experience
- Experience answering high volume incoming phone calls.
- Clear communication skills with a positive attitude and energy.
- Microsoft office.
- Adeptness at using applicant tracking system software, such as Paycor and Salesforce.
