Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
• Build relationships with job seekers and guide them through the hiring process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication.
• Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Help candidates take the next step in their careers while driving business results.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high‑volume environment.
• Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or similar experience is a plus.

Pay

Competitive base pay plus incentive opportunity. The pay range is $20.00 – $21.00 per hour, with individual compensation depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, business hours (on‑site in Herndon, VA).
