Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday Core HCM business processes and tenant setup.
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting, including: Job Requisitions, Candidate Management, Interview Scheduling, Offer Management, Hiring Business Processes.
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday Security, including: Security Groups, Domain Security Policies, Business Process Security, Role-Based Security, User-Based Security, Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Analyze business requirements and recommend Workday best practices.
- Configure business processes, condition rules, notifications, validations, and approvals.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve system defects.
- Perform impact analysis for Workday releases and implement new features.
- Develop and execute testing (Unit Testing, UAT, Regression Testing).
- Support data validation and data conversion activities.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Create functional documentation, configuration guides, and SOPs.
- Participate in Workday enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Workday experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Workday Core HCM configuration experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday Recruiting.
- Experience configuring Workday Security.
- Experience with Workday Business Process Framework.
- Strong understanding of: Organizations, Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Models, Job Profiles, Positions, Locations, Cost Centers.
- Experience supporting Workday production environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
