We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Workers Compensation (WC) Defense Attorney to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in California Workers Compensation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the legal industry, specifically in workers compensation defense.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all aspects of California Workers Compensation law proceedings.
• Prepare and draft legal documents.
• Advise clients on workers compensation claims and defenses.
• Manage case files and track progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Stay updated on changes in workers compensation laws and regulations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the legal industry, specifically in workers compensation defense.
• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• A valid California Bar license.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience in defending workers compensation claims.
• Knowledge of California Labor Code and related statutes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
