Associate Attorney
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of legal knowledge, client-service orientation, and the ability to manage real estate matters efficiently.
Core Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant state (or the ability to obtain one promptly).
- 2–7 years of experience in real estate law or a closely related practice area (open to more senior candidates depending on background).
- Familiarity with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, contract review, title and conveyancing issues, and related legal documentation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment in fast-moving matters.
- Comfort working both independently and within a collaborative team.
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
- Experience with condominium or community association law.
- Background in real estate litigation or dispute resolution.
- Prior work with lenders, developers, or title companies.

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year
