Waxing Specialist - Esthetician / Cosmetologist

Radiant Waxing is seeking Wax Specialists (Licensed Estheticians/Cosmetologists) to join our team. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive training, and a supportive, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a 5-star guest experience for every service
• Train in the Radiant Waxing speed-waxing technique
• Perform all Radiant Waxing services for all guests (optional Manzilian Certification)
• Make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome
• Work well in a team environment, including receptionist and cleaning duties
• Be positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable to guests and staff
• Maintain a professional appearance during working hours
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and fixed schedule
• Grow your guest base through self-marketing and salon marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Must be in the process of obtaining an esthetician or cosmetology license OR have a current license for esthetics / cosmetology in the State of California
• Current student studying to work in the salon and spa industry looking to achieve an esthetics or cosmetology certificate / degree
• An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome
• Work well in a team environment
