Waxing Specialist - Esthetician / Cosmetologist

Radiant Waxing, a locally owned and operated salon in Nampa, Idaho, is seeking a Waxologist to join our dynamic team. Founded in Boise, Idaho, we pride ourselves on our unique blend of a big corporate look with a small business feel. With over 1,500 Google reviews at 5+ stars, we offer a strong foundation for building a client base.

Responsibilities

• Perform ALL Radiant Waxing services for ALL GENDERS
• Maintain a professional appearance during working hours
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Grow guest base with self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives
• Be positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable to guests and staff

Requirements

• Willing to work flexible days and hours, open 8AM-8PM with reduced hours on weekends
• Must have a current licensed esthetician/cosmetology license or be in the process of obtaining one
• Innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, safe, and welcome during all services
• Available during our entire hours of operations

Qualifications

Pay

Full-time wax specialists can make on average from $25-35 hourly, with potential to earn over $45+ per hour in summer months due to no cap on our service scale.

Schedule

A sample starting schedule includes:

• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Monday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Tuesday: Off
• Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Thursday: Off
• Friday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: Off
