Responsibilities

• Perform all Radiant Waxing services for guests.
• Create a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere for every guest.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor with guests and staff.
• Uphold a professional appearance during working hours.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Grow your guest base through self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives.
• Work flexible days and hours as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensed esthetician or cosmetology license, or in the process of obtaining one.
• Innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome.

We welcome students currently attending aesthetics or cosmetology school, as well as professionals from related fields such as barbers, medical estheticians, master estheticians, skin care specialists, hair stylists, and others in the spa, salon, or beauty industry.
