Waxing the City is seeking licensed beauty professionals who pride themselves on building strong client relationships through excellent service and expert skills. Our service providers are not only waxing experts—they are certified Cerologist™ technicians, trained at our Waxing University®.

Responsibilities

• Implement customer service standards for all internal and external clients
• Exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing relationship management
• Maintain a clean and professional environment
• Provide efficient, effective, and high-quality waxing services following all defined service standards
• Support and protect studio culture
• Inform and educate clients on service offerings, retail products, and membership program
• Build and retain clients through social platforms, community engagement, and other marketing efforts put forth by management
• Follow safety standards in all aspects of performance
• Perform other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork

Minimum Qualifications

• Current State Licensure (Esthetician or Cosmetologist)
• A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
• Time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable team player
• Exceptional customer service
• Self-motivated
