Waxing Specialist/Cerologist®

As a Cerologist™ at Waxing the City, you’ll deliver high-quality waxing services while maintaining a clean, professional environment. Your goal will be to exceed client expectations from the first interaction through long-term relationship management. You’ll also support our culture, follow safety standards, and contribute to teamwork.
This role reports directly to the salon manager or lead and indirectly to ownership, with accountability for service protocols, customer service standards, and client retention. You’ll also engage with marketing efforts, including social platforms and community initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Implement customer service standards for all internal and external clients.
- Maintain a clean and professional salon environment.
- Deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality waxing services following defined standards.
- Build and retain clients through social media, community engagement, and marketing efforts.
- Uphold safety standards in all aspects of service delivery.
- Support teamwork and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current state licensure (Esthetician or Cosmetologist).
- Passion for waxing and the beauty industry.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.

Pay
$3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month.
