Responsibilities

• Implement customer service standards for all internal and external clients.
• Exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to on-going client relationship management.
• Maintain a clean and professional environment.
• Provide efficient, effective, and high-quality service provision following all defined waxing service standards.
• Support and protect our culture.
• Follow safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions.

Requirements

• Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
• A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
• Time Management Skills
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Self-Motivated

Pay

$17.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule

Hourly schedule varies based on location and position.
