Waxing Specialist/Cerologist®

We are seeking beauty professionals who pride themselves on building strong client relationships through excellent service and expert skills. Our clients are the focus, and our technicians are the ultimate professionals at their craft.

As a Cerologist™, you will combine expertise in waxing with a passion for the beauty industry. After completing a week-long, hands-on training course at our Waxing University®, you will become a certified Cerologist, reflecting your level of education and skill.

Responsibilities

• Implement customer service standards for all internal and external clients, exceeding expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing relationship management.
• Maintain a clean and professional environment.
• Provide efficient, effective, and high-quality waxing services following all defined standards.
• Educate clients on service offerings, retail products, and membership programs.
• Build and retain clients through social platforms, community engagement, and marketing efforts.
• Support and protect our culture while adhering to safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.

Requirements

• Current state licensure (Esthetician or Cosmetologist).
• A passion for waxing and the beauty industry.
• Strong time management and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional customer service and self-motivation.

Pay

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour.
