Role Scope and Complexity
The technician reports directly to the salon manager/salon lead and is accountable for all service provision, including meeting established service protocols and customer service standards for both internal and external customers. They are also responsible for building and retaining clients through various marketing efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
- A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
- Time Management Skills
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team
