Wax Injector- Weekend Shift

Specific Responsibilities

• Perform core preparation.
• Dress cores.
• Inject all wax patterns, and components.
• Leach solubles from wax pattern.
• Maintain quality on all patterns, gating, and sprues.
• Keep all dies clean after completing each job and stored in proper area.
• Meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standards.
• Keep the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working condition.
• Follow procedures and all safety rules.
• Perform other duties in area assigned by supervision, including lot control and/or dressing.

Education and Experience

• High school education.
• Three months OJT training.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain high initiative and ingenuity.
• Work with normal effort required.
• Lift/move from 2 - 25 pounds up to 10 times per hour.
• Be responsible for self.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Willingness to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary.
