Wax Injector - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate wax-injection equipment efficiently to produce wax patterns.
• Keep wax and soluble melting pots filled at all times.
• Clean plugs and maintain quality on all patterns, solubles, gating, sprues, and sub-assemblies.
• Clean all dies after completing each job and store them in the proper area.
• Meet efficiency standards as defined.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Follow all procedures and safety rules.
• Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• Meet or exceed defined visual acuity requirements (when applicable).
• Meet color perception standards required for the job (when applicable).
• Complete additional training to comply with applicable SOPs or certifications (when required).
