About the role

We are looking for smiling and passionate employees who love making a difference and want to be part of creating something special at our cinema in Waves. Your mission is to create unforgettable moments for our guests by being present, helpful, and taking responsibility—both for guests and colleagues. If you're not assisting a guest, you're helping a colleague.

You should be curious about your guests—what makes a difference for each one—and brave enough to step out of your comfort zone. From engaging with the youngest guests to serving the oldest, you'll ensure everyone feels welcome.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets and concessions (including popcorn)
• Stock and replenish supplies
• Assist guests in finding their seats in the theater
• Clean and tidy the cinema to ensure it always appears cozy and inviting
• Take initiative to address any issues you notice
• Provide excellent customer service with a focus on detail and a positive attitude

Requirements

• Engaged, proactive, and ready to take action where needed
• A natural ability to make people feel welcome
• Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to step in during staff shortages (e.g., due to illness)
• Must be at least 15 years old

Pay

• 182 DKK/hour for employees over 18 years old
• 103 DKK/hour for employees under 18 years old
• Vacation pay, pension, and other allowances included
