Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scope and readiness of each hospital by maintaining a comprehensive inventory of interfaces, systems, and devices.
• Collaborate with site, internal, and external stakeholders to identify and define requirements for each implementation wave.
• Determine scope of work for interfaces and other deployment activities.
• Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements.
• Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan.
• Develop and systematically evaluate alternative courses of action to identify solutions if barriers arise.
• Present progress and course of action to gain consensus from all stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.
