About the Role
Unique, advanced skill level within the divisional category of Waterproofing. Work independently and direct Technicians I and II who assist the Craftsman on projects. Promote and actively participate in Chamberlin’s Safety Program and use safe work practices. Demonstrate and promote Chamberlin’s core values of safety, quality, and teamwork. Help in the training and development of Technicians. Ability and commitment to work product perfection and production within the specific skill set.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee Technicians I and II on waterproofing projects
- Promote and participate in Chamberlin’s Safety Program
- Train and develop Technicians
- Maintain high standards for quality and perfection in work
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in Waterproofing, preferably in a commercial application
- Advanced knowledge and ability to demonstrate a proficient skill level for waterproofing
- English speaking, bilingual preferred
- Able to read, understand, and follow blueprints and construction documents
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions
- Must be able to work in elevated locations
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to get to different job locations
- Must be looking for full-time employment with a desire for a long-term career with Chamberlin
Education
High school diploma or GED encouraged but not required. Safety certifications are a plus.
