WaterPark Maintenance (First Shift)

About the role

The Waterpark Maintenance Department at Massanutten Resort is seeking a maintenance technician to join their team. This position requires basic knowledge of general maintenance and experience with pumps and motor controls is preferred but will be trained.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and general maintenance at the waterpark
• Handle day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of park facilities
• Assist in the training of new staff members

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proactive problem solver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

• Knowledge of pumps and motor controls (Preferred)

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience

Schedule

Rotating Two-Week Schedule:

• Week 1: Work: Monday through Friday Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Week 2: Work: Monday through Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday Off: Thursday & Friday

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
