Facility Maintenance - Summer - 1st Shift
Primary Responsibilities
- Strong focus on customer service
- Understand safety rules and procedures to safely perform all tasks
- Know and practice respectful workplace behavior
- Assist Groundskeeping crew to improve and maintain the properties including fertilization, pruning, weed control, irrigation, mowing, trimming, raking, clean-up, repairs, trash removal, etc.
- Support preventive maintenance efforts of HVAC equipment including cleaning and filter changes
- Aid current Facilities team members in troubleshooting and maintenance of the entire plant utilities (electrical, water, humidity, sprinkler, steam, compressed air, chilled water, waste water, HVAC, dust collection, elevator/reciprocating, environmental, etc)
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Welding skills
- Basic HVAC knowledge
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- AC/DC Theory
- Ability to read a multimeter
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Occasionally lift 50 lbs
- Some heavy lifting required at low frequency

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
