- Works under general supervision; relies on experience and general instructions to perform the functions of the job
- Performs regular, preventative maintenance on the building and grounds
- Aids in repairs including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and others to maintain the building in good working condition
- Uses hand tools and other small machinery to perform duties
- Orders supplies and parts as required
- Performs regular, preventative maintenance on all machinery, equipment, tools, and building
- Maintains records of repair and maintenance activities
- Performs duties consistent with established safety rules and procedures
- Maintains work area clean and organized
- Performs other duties as required
Minimum high school diploma
Minimum 3 years of formal on-the-job training in general maintenance
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
Working knowledge of safe equipment practices and applicable laws, rules, and regulations
Demonstrate working knowledge of hazardous wage and hazardous material handling procedures and practices
Must be at least 18 years of age
- Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 an hour dependent on experience
- Pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
- Bonus/Incentive Pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
