About the role
Waterford, a Transforming Age community located in Brooklyn Park, MN, is seeking a Community Relations Director to join their dynamic team. The role offers a competitive salary range of $72,000 to $78,000 annually, DOE, along with comprehensive benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k), Generous PTO, and more.
Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy and revenue targets by managing the sale process from inquiry calls to closing the sale.
- Ensure community and staff back-up scheduling for tours and onsite visits to handle resident inquiries promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies and a 90-day plan for increasing qualified inquiries, traffic, and sales.
- Compile a weekly marketing report for corporate review, detailing inquiries, tours, move-ins, move-outs, and outreach.
- Timely data entry and documentation into lead management software.
- Maintain a "Next steps" schedule and drive continuous customer care and frequent contact.
- Identify and maintain key relationships with community and professional sources.
- Assist management team with facility upkeep, resident/family communications, in-house and sales training and enablement.
- Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing or sales or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years’ experience in marketing and sales, with experience and/or knowledge of the senior living industry preferred.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work with multiple projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A desire and ability to relate to and continue learning about the senior population.
- Current driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Completion of a background check.
- Drug screen, TB test, fingerprint, and/or physical may be required depending on state/local guidelines.
