What You’ll Do (aka Your Impact)

  • Own the occupancy strategy by developing and executing innovative sales and marketing plans that exceed community goals.
  • Build referral pipelines by networking with healthcare providers, professional organizations, and local businesses.
  • Create memorable experiences through highimpact internal and external events that showcase our community.
  • Engage, educate, and inspire team members to be brand ambassadors and drive community visibility.
  • Lead with purpose by ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression on prospects and their families.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver actionable insights through detailed tracking and reporting.
  • Strengthen brand reputation through social media engagement, community presence, and consistent followup.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A proven sales leader with at least 2+ years of successful business development experience—ideally in senior living, healthcare, or relationship-based industries.
  • A master networker and relationship builder, comfortable with cold calling, presenting, and winning trust.
  • A natural communicator with exceptional listening skills and a passion for connecting people to solutions.
  • Selfmotivated with a growth mindset—you thrive in fastpaced environments and are driven by purpose.
  • CRMsavvy and organized, you understand how to work leads, track outcomes, and manage your funnel like a pro.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves—flexibility to attend events, work evenings/weekends if needed, and travel locally to grow your referral base.
