About the role

C&H Industrial Services is urgently hiring Industrial Laborers in Gallatin, TN. The schedule includes Week 1: Thursday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Week 2: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. On-Call: 4–5 days per month for call-out coverage.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general industrial labor in demanding industrial environments.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and job site tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly wear PPE.
• Be available for scheduled on-call coverage (4–5 days/month).
• Work closely with your crew and supervisors to knock jobs out safely and efficiently.

What We Provide

• PPE provided (except steel-toe boots)
• $100 annual boot allowance after 90 days.
• Uniforms provided and professionally laundered
• $1/hr shift differential for weekend shifts.
