Water/Wastewater/Stormwater Professional Engineer

About the role

A professional engineer with expertise in water/wastewater/stormwater systems is needed for a project involving infrastructure development and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sustainable water/wastewater/stormwater solutions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex engineering challenges
• Conduct site assessments and prepare feasibility studies
• Prepare detailed design documents and specifications
• Oversee construction projects and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in applicable state(s)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic modeling software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with stormwater management techniques
• Understanding of environmental regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
